Prepare all the ingredients for the Goulash.

In a large pot, heat olive oil and sauté the sliced onions. Add the chopped bell pepper and tomato. Remove from heat, add the paprika, and stir. Return the pot to the heat, add the pork pieces, caraway seeds, crushed garlic, salt, and pepper. Mix everything together.

Cover partially and cook over medium heat for about 1 1/2 hours. You can add a little water during cooking if needed.
