Konnyaku turned into katsu! It's so easy, it makes a great snack for kids, too.

About this recipe:
This recipe uses konnyaku featured in the Numata City illustrated guide! Numata City and the surrounding area have about 1,200 hectares dedicated to konnyaku cultivation, accounting for 40% of the total area in the prefecture. Most konnyaku potatoes are varieties developed in Gunma Prefecture, often named after the three famous mountains of Jomo.
