Slice the pork loin into pieces about 1/2 inch (1 cm) thick, then cut into bite-sized pieces.

Lightly season all sides with salt and pepper, then thread the pieces onto skewers.

Heat oil in a skillet and arrange the skewers in the pan. Cook until browned, then flip and cook the other side until both sides are well browned.

Mix together the soy sauce, sake, mirin, honey, ground sesame seeds, and grated garlic, then pour into the skillet.
