Ingredients

  • 40 gNutcessity Gingerbread Cashew, Brazil & Coconut Butter
  • 50 gCoconut oil
  • 40 gSyrup (Maple / Agave / whatever you have)
  • 150 gNuts / Seeds (I used Poppy & Pumpkin)
  • 250 gJumbo oats
  • 100 gGrains (quinoa / millet / buckwheat...)
  • Extra spices (Nutmeg / Ginger / Cinnamon) (if you're feeling spicaaay).

Steps

  1. 1

    Preheat the oven to 150 degrees celcius fan.

  2. 2

    Melt the nut butter, syrup and oil over a low heat until liquid.

  3. 3

    Add the dry ingredients to a large baking tray.

  4. 4

    Pour over the liquid and mix well with a spatula to combine.

  5. 5

    Bake for around 40 minutes, turning halfway...

  6. 6

    Eat! Out the jar / with your favourite milk / yoghurt / sprinkled over baked fruit...
