Ingredients

Serves 2 servings
  • 7 ozpenne pasta (about 200 grams)
  • 1.75 ozdiced cooked ham (about 50 grams)
  • 1 ozdried mushrooms (about 30 grams)
  • Leek for sautéing
  • Heavy cream
  • Parsley

Steps

  1. 1

    Soak the dried mushrooms in warm water for at least a couple of hours.

  2. 2

    In a skillet, heat a little oil with the leek, chopped mushrooms, and ham. Sauté for a few minutes, then add a splash of white wine. Season with salt and pepper.

    Add a little of the mushroom soaking water and cook for 20 minutes.

    Add some chopped parsley and a few tablespoons of heavy cream. Heat for a few more minutes.

    Add the cooked pasta and toss to combine.
