Soak the dried mushrooms in warm water for at least a couple of hours.

In a skillet, heat a little oil with the leek, chopped mushrooms, and ham. Sauté for a few minutes, then add a splash of white wine. Season with salt and pepper.

Add a little of the mushroom soaking water and cook for 20 minutes.

Add some chopped parsley and a few tablespoons of heavy cream. Heat for a few more minutes.

Add the cooked pasta and toss to combine.
