Ingredients

  1. 10 1/2 ozpork shoulder (about 300 grams)
  2. 3 1/2 ozonion (about 100 grams)
  3. 1 3/4 ozpineapple (about 50 grams)
  4. 1 3/4 ozred bell pepper (about 50 grams)
  5. 1 3/4 ozcucumber (about 50 grams)
  6. 1chili pepper
  7. For marinating the meat:
  8. 1/2 teaspoonsalt
  9. 1 teaspoonlight soy sauce
  10. 1egg yolk
  11. 2 tablespoonspotato starch
  12. 1 tablespoonwater
  13. For the sauce:
  14. 4 tablespoonsketchup
  15. 3 tablespoonswhite vinegar
  16. 4 tablespoonssugar
  17. 1 teaspoonsalt
  18. 1 teaspoonsesame oil
  19. 1 teaspoonpotato starch

Steps

  1. 1

    Slice the pork shoulder and marinate with the marinade ingredients for 30 minutes.

    Cut the other ingredients into chunks, and slice the chili pepper into 4 pieces.

    Mix the sauce ingredients in a small bowl and set aside.

    Heat a pan and add 2 tablespoons of oil. Fry the marinated pork over medium heat until crispy and golden, then remove. In the same pan, leave 1 teaspoon of oil and stir-fry the onion, red bell pepper, and cucumber. Add the sauce and stir-fry, then add the pork slices and mix well before serving.
