Slice the pork shoulder and marinate with the marinade ingredients for 30 minutes.

Cut the other ingredients into chunks, and slice the chili pepper into 4 pieces.

Mix the sauce ingredients in a small bowl and set aside.

Heat a pan and add 2 tablespoons of oil. Fry the marinated pork over medium heat until crispy and golden, then remove. In the same pan, leave 1 teaspoon of oil and stir-fry the onion, red bell pepper, and cucumber. Add the sauce and stir-fry, then add the pork slices and mix well before serving.
