Spiced Ground Meat

I bought one kilogram of ground meat. My kids asked for soboro, one of their favorites, but I wanted to try something else. This one tastes fresh and light, and very tasty. And it doesn't take a long time to make. If you like spicy food, add chili powder and chili flakes for more kick.

Minced Meat Curry Minced Meat Curry
Not requiring a long time to simmer is a great help. This time, I used a mixture of ground beef and pork, but you can use whatever minced meat you like. It's nice with mushrooms, too. In Step 2, if you have time, it's best to brown the onion. If you do so, you don't need to use honey. I didn't have much time, so I used it. For 5-6 servings. Recipe by Shampoo hat cookpad.japan -
