Ingredients

  1. 1 poundvenison
  2. 2large red onions
  3. 3heaped tablespoons garlic
  4. 5 stalkscelery
  5. 3carrots sliced
  6. 4red potatoes
  7. 1 bundlecilantro
  8. 1 cartonbeef stock
  9. as neededFlour
  10. As neededseasoned salt
  11. As neededsalt
  12. As neededpepper
  13. As neededoregano
  14. As neededbasil
  15. As neededpaprika
  16. As neededthyme
  17. As neededtumeric
  18. 1/4 cupvinegar
  19. 1/2 stickbutter

Cooking Instructions

  1. 1

    Simply pour everything except flour into slow cooker.

    Low heat for 10 hours

  3. 3

    At 8 hours mix flour in until stew is at preferred thickness

  4. 4

    At ten hours remove from slow cooker

  5. 5
