2large red onions
3heaped tablespoons garlic
5 stalkscelery
3carrots sliced
4red potatoes
1 bundlecilantro
1 cartonbeef stock
as neededFlour
As neededseasoned salt
As neededsalt
As neededpepper
As neededoregano
As neededbasil
As neededpaprika
As neededthyme
As neededtumeric
1/4 cupvinegar
1/2 stickbutter

Simply pour everything except flour into slow cooker.

Low heat for 10 hours

At 8 hours mix flour in until stew is at preferred thickness

At ten hours remove from slow cooker
