Separate the Napa cabbage leaves, wash them, and slice. Trim the ends of the green beans, wash, and slice thinly. Remove the stem and seeds from the bell pepper and slice.

After washing the lean pork, mince it and marinate with shallots, seasoning powder, and salt.

Sauté shallots in oil, then add the marinated lean pork and stir-fry. Next, add the green beans, Napa cabbage, and bell pepper in sequence, season with fish sauce to taste, turn off the heat, sprinkle with pepper, and serve immediately.
