Steps

Assemble ingredients for Garlic Mushroom. Chop Mushrooms and keep aside.

In moderately heated pan / wok add oil + butter and allow to melt, add chopped onion and sauté for few seconds then add mushrooms + green chilli and sauté for 3-4 minutes.

Gradually mushroom release water and sauté till water dries up, add garlic at this stage +turmeric powder and sauté.

Add milk + salt +pepper powder and stir well. Wait for a boil and cook for 3 minutes.

Add grated cheese (1 cheesecube) + chopped Coriander and mix well. Cook for 2-3 minutes under low to medium flame.

Simmer for few seconds and mushroom filling is done.

Lightly toast any one side of bread slices. Then spread an even layer of the mushroom filling on the toasted side of each bread slices.

Then grate cheese over the mushroom layer.

Then microwave for 2-3 minutes or toast on tawa by adding sufficient butter and toast till cheese melts. Top with Tomato cubes and sprinkle very little salt.

Toast is done and ready to serve.
