Stuffed Grape Leaves with Lamb Chops

Boil the grape leaves until tender.

To prepare the filling:
Rinse the rice thoroughly.
Add the ground meat.
Add salt and spices, then mix well. - 3
To season the lamb chops:
Add a pinch of salt, white pepper, and black pepper.
Drizzle with a little vegetable oil.
Mix well and set aside. - 4
Stuff the grape leaves with the filling and roll them up until all the filling is used.

Place the lamb chops at the bottom of a large pot.
Arrange the stuffed grape leaves on top.
Place a plate over the grape leaves to keep them in place, then pour in enough water to cover them.
Bring to a boil over high heat.
Once boiling, reduce to low heat and cook until fully done. - 6
