Banana puranpoli (Kela puri)

Start by kneading roti dough from the flour, oil and water.

Now peel off the banana and make small pieces.

Add sugar and ground elaichi seeds to banana and mash till it forms into a smooth filling.

Roll 2 small rotis of same size. Onto roti, add wholesome amount of banana puran and cover with another roti as shown.

Cook on both the sides properly just like roti, place onto a plate and apply enough ghee. Serve and enjoy ✨
