Serves 3 servings

1 cupold-fashioned oats (about 100 grams)
1 1/2 cupsrice milk (about 350 ml)
2 1/2 cupsfrozen strawberries (about 350 grams)
1/2 cuplight Greek yogurt (about 125 grams)
3 tablespoonschia seeds (about 30 grams)
1banana and sweetener to taste

Microwave the strawberries with a little sweetener for 3 minutes.

Meanwhile, in a bowl, soak the oats in the rice milk.

When the strawberries are done, mash them with a fork and mix in the chia seeds. Let cool.

Once the oats have soaked, mix them with the Greek yogurt and a little sweetener.

Assemble your jars by layering both mixtures. Top with banana slices. Cover and refrigerate overnight. Enjoy a healthy breakfast!
