I'm trying out new healthy breakfasts, and this is one of the most delicious ones I've made.

Microwave the strawberries with a little sweetener for 3 minutes.

Meanwhile, in a bowl, soak the oats in the rice milk.

When the strawberries are done, mash them with a fork and mix in the chia seeds. Let cool.

Once the oats have soaked, mix them with the Greek yogurt and a little sweetener.

Assemble your jars by layering both mixtures. Top with banana slices. Cover and refrigerate overnight. Enjoy a healthy breakfast!
