Paneer-capsicum masala

First heat the pan and oil, then frying Chopped paneer.

Then keep aside the paneer.
And add mustard seeds, cumin seeds, bay leaf, cardamom, black pepper, dalchini, coves. - 3
When it started crackling,adding the paste of ginger, chilli, garlic and onion.

Roast it nicely, when it started leaving oil add turmeric powder, coriander powder, and chilli powder according to taste and choice.

Roasted it one minute then add tomato paste and cook one more minute, then add one big spoon fresh cream and mixed it well.

After one minute add paneer,chopped capsicum and paneer masala,
mixed it nicely then add one glass or more Water (according to your choice gravy)and sprinkle salt.
Mixed it then close the lid of pan. - 7
Remember cook in a sim flame. After 10 minutes, open the lid and sprinkle chopped coriander leaves and turn off the gas ⛽️.

Paneer, capsicum 🫑 masala is ready for serve.
Serve it with chappati and rice. - 9
