Ingredients

45 mins
4 to 6 pax
  • 1kilo Pork Kasim (Diced/Menudo cut)
  • 1 packKnorr mushroom soup
  • 1 cupwater (or as needed)
  • 1/2Cabbage
  • 1small Pechay Baguio
  • 1big carrots
  • 2green/red bell pepper
  • 1 headbroccoli
  • 2-3 stalkscelery
  • 1small pack young corn
  • 1 tspSalt and 1 tsp pepper(or to taste)
  • 1 tbspOyster sauce
  • 1pork cubes

Steps

  1. 1

    Sautee/Sear meat with salt, pepper and oyster sauce. Cook until golden brown.

  2. 2

    Add garlic. Continue to sautee for 5 mins.

  3. 3

    Add water.
    Simmer until pork is tender for 20 to 30 mins.

  4. 4

    Mix mushroom powder with water in a small bowl. That is your mushroom mixture.

  5. 5

    Continue cooking by adding pork cubes and mushroom mixture in the pan.
    Add a little more water if necessary necessary. Simmer for another 5 mins.

  6. 6

    Add broccoli, carrots, young corn, bell pepper, celery and onions. Do not overcook.

  7. 7

    Add pechay baguio and cabbage. Stir well to incorporate the mushroom sauce.

  8. 8

    Season with salt according to taste.

  9. 9

    Serve immediately to avoid vegetables getting soggy.
