  • 1 tspcoriander powder
  • 1 tbsptomato puree
  • 1 tspkasuri methi
  • 1 tspturmericpowder

    In a kadai add oil,cumin seeds,tomato puree,salt,red chilli powder, coriander powder, turmericpowder mix it well.now add potato and capsicum mix it well.

    Now cover with plate for 10 min.on medium flame.

    Now add kasuri methi mix it well.sabji is ready.
