Sautee/Sear meat with salt, pepper and oyster sauce. Cook until golden brown.

Add garlic. Continue to sautee for 5 mins.

Add water.
Simmer until pork is tender for 20 to 30 mins. - 4
Mix mushroom powder with water in a small bowl. That is your mushroom mixture.

Continue cooking by adding pork cubes and mushroom mixture in the pan.
Add a little more water if necessary necessary. Simmer for another 5 mins. - 6
Add broccoli, carrots, young corn, bell pepper, celery and onions. Do not overcook.

Add pechay baguio and cabbage. Stir well to incorporate the mushroom sauce.

Season with salt according to taste.

Serve immediately to avoid vegetables getting soggy.
