Steps
- 1
Mix the tomato purée, cayenne pepper, garlic granules and mixed herbs together. Whisk egg white until frothy then add to the purée mixture.
- 2
Tear up the wholemeal bread and add to food processor until you have fine crumbs.
- 3
Dip the thighs in the purée mixture until coated then dip into the crumbs and place into an oven tray. For the breast filets cut fillets in half and then slice into tenders and do the same (I find drying the chicken helps the purée stick to the chicken better)
- 4
Place into the oven at gas mark 7 (200c-220c) for upto 45 mins or cooked.
- 5
You can also cook homemade fries or sweet potato fries by spraying low calorie cooking spray and sprinkle of mixed herbs over, all of which are low fat and healthy meal to replace a takeout and still yummylisous!
- 6
Half the ingredients of you use half the amount of chicken 😊
