Steps

Wash beans with clean water and pour into a pot of already warm water to boil for 30minutes

After 30 minutes of parboiling the beans, u wash the beans once more with clean cold water, ensure to wash it twice before pouring into another pot of boiling water.

Peel the yam and dice it into pieces. As well as the tomatoes, peppers and onions should be well diced.

After a period of 15 minutes of the beans boiling you then add up your diced yam and oil.

You can then add your fish and crayfish. After additional 5minutes you then add your diced tomatoes, pepper and onions. Put a little salt and maggi to taste. Stir properly.

Then serve.
