Cream together butter and sugar.

Add in eggs and vanilla essence, mix well.

Add all at once... coconut, cardamom, baking powder and flour. Mix well until a soft dough. Roll out till about 1 inch thick. Use a fork and make creased lines.

Cut out into shapes of your choice, top with sprinkles and granulated sugar.

Bake at 190° for 20 - 25 mins. When you remove the biscuits from the oven they will be slightly soft, just remove them off the baking tray and cool. Once they cool they complete the baking process.
