Crispy corn is a snack made by frying corn kernels and then seasoned with spices and herbs. For healthy version you can bake or use airfrier. Do not use frozen corn. To get good result use fresh and slightly firm. Do not use tender

Choose Corn that have firm and plump kernels

Add the corn to boiling water and boil for three minutes. In between flip the corn to other side. Then drain the water and remove the kernels

Put the boiled corn to a bowl. Then Add Corn flour to the boiled corn kernels.

Add Rice flour

Add pepper powder, salt and 1 tbs water and mix

Fry the corn

For more taste add a tadka. Heat 1 tsp oil and add finely chopped 5 garlic cloves, finely chopped 1/2 onion, saute well

Add red chilli powder and mix. Add the fried corn kernels

Add chaat masala powder and mix

Add lemon juice and little salt and mix

Transfer the corn into a bowl and garnish with grated cheese
