Ingredients

  1. 3/4 cupmilk (200 ml)
  2. 3 tablespoonschia seeds
  3. 1 teaspoonvanilla extract
  4. 1 teaspoonhoney (or another sweetener)
  5. 1 teaspooninstant coffee
  6. 4 tablespoonsGreek yogurt
  7. 1/2banana, sliced
  8. 1 handfulwalnuts

Steps

20 minutes
  1. 1

    Warm the milk, add the chia seeds, vanilla extract, honey, and instant coffee, and let it thicken (about 15 minutes).

  2. 2

    Place the chia pudding in a glass.

  3. 3

    Top with plain Greek yogurt.

  4. 4

    Finally, add the banana slices and walnuts.
