First, prepare all the ingredients.

Next, place the apricots and plums in a grinder and grind them together.

Line the bottom of a baking tray with puff pastry sheets.

After lining the tray, spread the ground almonds in an even layer, then top with the ground apricot and plum mixture as shown in the picture.

Sprinkle the shredded dried coconut over the top, then sprinkle with cinnamon powder.

Cover the filling with another puff pastry sheet, then cut thin strips from the remaining pastry and decorate the top.

After covering the tray, brush the top with melted butter using a pastry brush before baking.

Preheat the oven to 350°F (180°C). Place the tart tray in the oven and bake for 20 minutes.

After 20 minutes, when the tart is baked, remove it and let it cool to room temperature. Take it out of the tray, place on a plate, garnish with raspberries, and sprinkle with powdered sugar before serving.
