1cucumber
1 tsporegano
1 tspchiliflax
1spoon sugar
1 tspsalt
1 tspchat masala
1/4 cupchopped tomato onion
1 spoon chopped Coriander
1green chili chopped
1 tsplemon juice

Take pan add water boil it add sweet corn.
Add sugar. Boil sweet corn for 5 minutes till soften.

Strain water.
Take cucumber.cut into two peices like pic.

Remove out seeds with spoon.Fill sweet corn into cucumber boat.

Spread chopped onion tomato green chili Coriander salt chat masala.
Sprinkle oregano & chili flax.

Add lemon juice.
Serve spicy sweetcorn chat in cucumber boat.
