Take all ingrediant, chopped coriander leaves, garlic and capsicum.

Boil sweet corn for 5/6 minutes and rinse it and then dry it with cotten cloth.

Now take sweet corn add in it salt,red chilli powder, 1 tablespoon maida,2 tablespoon cornflowar and mix it well then add 1 teaspoon water in it again toss it add 1 tablespoon maida and 2 tablespoon cornflowar toss it again.

After this take stainer and add in it corn to ta ki e put excess cornflowar. Heat oil in pan and add hald corn in it cover the pan 3/4 because corn must come out.fry it for 2/3 min until become slietly brown.fry all sweet corn and spread in stainer.

Taje a pan add 2 tablespoon oil then add garlic,green chilli in it fry it on hight flame.Then add capsicum, cut red chilli in ot and fry it until capsicum cook.Now add chilli sauce tomato sauce. cornflowar and maida in 2 tablespoon of water mix it well and then add this in above. Fry it well, after it become dry turn off gas and add fried sweet corn in it mix it well.

Cripsy sweet corn chilli is ready to eat,garnish with coriander leaves and served it.
