Peri-Peri Paneer Rice bowl

Marinate the paneer with peri-peri masala and keep aside

For the rice,melt butter add garlic cloves, add rice, salt chopped boiled babycorn, periperi masala and chopped coriander.

Now for veggies, melt butter add vegetables mushroom capsicum, add salt and oregano

Now fry the marinated paneer. For white sauce, melt butter, saute flour till pink, add milk stirring, add pepper powder and cheese sauce

For assembling, in a serving tray, add paneer, veggies, rice and pour hot white sauce over it.
