Cooking Instructions

In a bowl, you can use a mixer if you have one or do it by hand, add the butter at room temperature, sugar, and vanilla sugar or a teaspoon of vanilla extract. Mix until the ingredients are well combined.

Once well combined, add half of the flour, stir until integrated, and then add the other half of the flour. Mix well.

Add a teaspoon of baking powder to the mixture and combine.

If you see the dough is lumpy, add milk very slowly until you have a smooth, compact dough without lumps.

Finally, add chocolate chips to taste and finish mixing the dough.

Preheat the oven to 350°F and prepare your cookies.

With your hands, take a portion of dough, form a ball, and then flatten it with the palm of your hands, shaping it slightly, and place them on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper.

Place the cookies 1 1/2 to 2 1/2 inches apart, as they will spread in the oven due to the baking powder.

Bake in the oven for 12-15 minutes or until they start to lightly brown at the edges. Do not overbake, or they will become hard.

Let cool. Ready!
