This recipe brings back many childhood memories for me. It's easy to make and very delicious.

First, trim the ends off the green beans to clean them.

Then cut the green beans into small pieces. Meanwhile, bring 8 1/2 cups (2 liters) of water to a boil.

Once the water is boiling, add the green beans and cook for 20 to 25 minutes.

When the green beans are cooked, drain them. Chop the onion and tomatoes, sauté them in butter, then add the green beans. Cover and cook for 2 minutes.

Add the eggs and stir well to combine with the green beans.

Finally, add salt and chicken bouillon powder to taste.
