As a diabetic, I needed to make a cake recipe with very little sugar and flour. For chocolate lovers, this cake is like a big chocolate ganache!
Steps

Preheat your oven to 435°F to 480°F (225°C to 250°C). I personally set mine to the highest setting.

Melt the chocolate.

Melt the butter separately from the chocolate.

Mix the sugar into the melted butter.

Then add the melted chocolate to the butter and sugar mixture.

Mix well until the batter is smooth.

Add the eggs one at a time, mixing after each addition.

Once all the eggs are added, sift in the flour and mix it in.

Mix well until fully combined.

Butter and flour your baking pan, pour in the batter, and place it in the oven.

Bake for 12 minutes.

Let the cake rest in the refrigerator for at least 2 to 3 hours so the butter can cool and set, giving the cake its ganache-like texture.
