Endive Salad with Tomatoes, Black Garlic, and Feta

Cut the base of the endives and hollow out the end to remove the hard part.

Cut the endives into small pieces, rinse, dry, and place them on a dish.

Wash the tomatoes and remove the stems.
- 4
Slice the tomatoes and add them around the endives on the dish.

Peel the black garlic.
- 6
Slice the garlic thinly and add it.

Drain the feta and cut it into small cubes.
- 8
Add the feta to the endives, rinse and dry the basil.

Remove the basil leaves and add them to the dish.

It's ready! Serve with the dressing on the side.
