Blood Sausage (Moronga) Tacos

Finely chop the garlic, slice the onion and mint, finely chop the tomatoes and green chili peppers, and cut the blood sausage into small cubes.

Heat the lard in a hot skillet. Sauté the garlic and onion, then add the chili peppers and tomatoes. Sauté again, then add the blood sausage.

Cook for 5 to 8 minutes. Fill the tortillas with the mixture to make tacos. Enjoy—simple, delicious, and authentically Mexican!
