Ingredients

20 mins
1 serving
  1. 100 gchicken breast
  2. 50 gsnap peas (also called mangtout)
  3. 20 grosa tomatoes
  4. 75 grocket or salad leaves of your choice, but I like the zesty tangy flavor of rocket
  5. 1tsb balsamic vinegar
  6. 1.tsb Italian seasoning
  7. 4tsb Parmesan

Steps

20 mins
  1. 1

    Take chicken breast and add salt and pepper and paprika to taste wash the tomatoes and half and wash snap peas season

  2. 2

    Preheat oven to 180, put seasoned chicken in the pan drizzle with 1 tsb of olive oil and cook

  3. 3

    Once chicken is 5 min away from ready add the veggies and drizzles balsamic and 1 tsp of olive oil over veggies. Sprinkle the parmasan over the chicken. Roast until the snap peas are tender but crunchy and the tomatoes have blistered a bit.

    Once ready plate the food and take the pan dripping and dress the rocket. Enjoy!!!!
