2trout filets
1 eachlemon
1salt
1 bunchfresh cilantro
2 tbspolive oil

Lay trout on a plate and add salt, cilantro and fresh lemon slices to the top

Grill on medium high heat for 10min, skin down
3

Turn heat to high and grill 7 more minutes, then close lid and continue cooking for 3 more min.

my husband and I became vegetarians in 2012. cooking can get pretty boring sometimes with lack of meat. so I've been searching for fun new recipes :)
