Firstly Clean And Wash Amaranth Leaves. Then Chopped It Roughly.Heat Oil In A Pan And Add Cumin Seeds And Hing.lets Crackle It. Add Ginger And Garlic Paste. Saute For Few Seconds.

Now Add Chopped Tomatoes And Salt. Add Amaranth leaves and Mix Well.

Then Add Regular Indian Spices And Cook Till Tomatoes and Amaranth leaves Are Soften. Stir For Few Seconds. Add Hot Water As Needed And Cover For 3-4 Minutes.then Remove From Heat. Serve It With Any Indian Flatbread.
