Wash and dry Jamuns. Take the Jamun in an oven proof bowl and microvave for 2 minutes.

Smash for hand and remove the seeds.

Take the jamun pulp in grinder jar and add the sugar. Grind till smooth paste.

Pour out it in a ceramic bowl. Add the water and mix well. Keep it in the microwave oven. Microwave till 5 minutes or cook
on the gas stove till 6 minute on medium flame 🔥. Stirring continuously. - 5
Cool down and add the elaichi powder and vanilla essence. Mix well and store it in an air tight jar. Store the fridge for 3 month
As a serveing time pour the 2 tablespoon Jamun syrup in each glass and add the ice cubes, fruit masala and water. Mixwell. - 6
A delicious healthy *JAMUN SARBAT*
is ready to serve.
