Mix chana dal & rice a big bowl.
Wash & soak roasted Gram & rice for 20 minutes in 3 cup water. - 2
Heat a pressure cooker add ghee cumin seeds.
Add turmatic powder Redchili powder chana dal rice salt & green chili. - 3
Add garam masala.mix properly.close it.tske three whistle. Open cooker after 5 minutes. Chek chana dal rice is soft.

Serve hot roasted Gram & rice Tehari with chuteny & papad.
