Prepare curd mixture adding all the ingredients.

Heat ghee add cloves, cardmum, pepper corn,jeera, fennel seed and boiled veggies, capsicum,rajma and fry for a while.

Add curd mixture and mix everything well and cook for a few minutes till it has a nice aroma.

Mixed veggies is ready, add coriander leaves and serve with hot rice and roti.
