Take1 cup roasted gram(chana daal). Roast chana daal to remove the moisture make it crispy.

Then roast chopped dry fruits. And roast seeds with ghee. Keep aside then take a mixture jar crush chana daal. Then take a kadai.Add jaggery powder in a kadai.

Take jaggery powder add in kadai1/2cup water and cook on low flame till melted. Put a drop of liquid jaggery to find out the the right consistency.ADD chana daal powder and 2 tbsp ghee.

Add 3 tbsp chopped job dry fruits seeds and kismis to to jaggery 2 tsp cardamom powder and mix well then mixture spread in a dish.

And decorate with chopped dry fruits let it cool for 2 hours. Then cut into pieces. Transfer to a serving plate. Decorate with dry fruit and almonds.Now our healthy tasty rosted gram(chana daal) Burfi is ready.Enjoy!!!
