Ingredients

  1. 1 1/4 cupschickpea flour (about 150 grams)
  2. 1 1/4 cupsalmond flour (about 150 grams)
  3. 1 1/4 cupsall-purpose flour (about 150 grams)
  4. 2eggs
  5. 1/2 cupvegetable oil (about 100 ml)
  6. 1/2 cupsugar (about 100 grams)
  7. 1/4 cuphoney (about 50 grams)
  8. 1/2 packetbaking powder
  9. 3/4 cupchocolate chips (about 150 grams)

    Beat the eggs with the sugar, then gradually add the oil and honey, and finally the baking powder. Add the three types of flour, making sure to incorporate the almond flour last.

    Continue mixing and add the chocolate chips. You will get a fairly dense dough.

    Form fairly large balls, flatten them, and place them on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper. Bake at 350°F for 15-20 minutes.
