This curry is an excellent dish especially for vegeterians. Tasty dish serve with hot rice or as a side dish for sambar and rasam rice. It is a super substitute for mutton curry

Cut the raw jack fruit into medium size pieces. Cooked into mashy

Add the cooked jackfruit, boiled potato, chopped green chillies, ginger, gram flour, lemon juice and salt to a bowl and mix well together.

Take small equal portions of the mixture and shape each into a ball (without any crak).

Drop them slowly into hot oil and fried them in medium flame

Fried them into golden crispy

Heat oil in a pan add onion and saute into translucent and add ginger garlic paste, saute into its raw smell goes. Then add the tomato puree and salt. Boil well into oil separates. Add yogurt and mix well and add one cup water. Boil for 5 to 7 minutes then add the koftas and mix gently. Add kasuri methi leaves and fresh cream
