Ingredients

  1. 1/2 lbchicken-boneless
  2. 2 clovegarlic
  3. 1 cuppeas/carrots
  4. 1onion
  5. 2eggs
  6. 1/4 cupsoy sauce
  7. 3 cupprepared rice
  8. 3 tbspsesame oil

Cooking Instructions

    Prepare rice to yield 3 cups.

    Heat sesame oil on medium heat. Add onion, garlic, peas, and carrots

  3. 3

    Stir fry until tender. Crack eggs into pan and scramble, mixing throughout vegetables.

    Add rice, chicken, and soy sauce to pan.

    Stir and remove from heat
