Ingredients

  1. 2 cupscooked but cold rice
  2. 2 pieceschicken breast strip cut
  3. 1 tbspoyster sauce
  4. 2 tbspsoy sauce
  5. 1 tspgarlic
  6. 1 tspginger
  7. 1/2onion chopped
  8. 1/4 cupspring onion chopped
  9. 2baby carrot chopped
  10. 1/4 cupgreen peas
  11. 3 tbsppeanut oil
  12. 1 tbspsesame oil
  13. 2eggs beaten
  14. 1 tbspbutter
  15. 5green chillies (optional)
  16. 1 tbspchicken stock powder
  17. 1 tbspsalt
  18. 1 tsppepper

Cooking Instructions

30 minutes

    Heat up wok on medium to high heat

  2. 2

    Add a little peanut oil and fry eggs to soft omlette and set aside

  3. 3

    Add some more peanut oil, onion, garlic & ginger. Stir fry until brown

  4. 4

    Add chicken, salt & pepper. Stir fry for 3-4 minutes

  5. 5

    Add carrot. Cook for a minute

  6. 6

    Add rice, oyster & soy sauce. Stir fry for 5 minutes

  7. 7

    Add cooked egg, green peas, spring onion, sesame oil, butter & chicken stock powder. Stir fry for 2 minutes
