Wash arbi well under running water then drain out from water and pressure cook with 1 tsp salt for 1 whistle

Let it cool and peel it properly prick them with fock / toothpick

Meanwhile heat up oil in pan once heated add arbi pieces add in batches half fry arbi remove and cooled little bit on tissue paper gently pat each with your palms or a bowl back side

Again heat up oil in pan and deep fry arbis in batches till crispy and golden.

Now mix all dry spices in plate mix all well together
Heat up 1 tbsp oil in pan add dry spices mix and add arbis shallow fry them coat each with dry spices - 6
Just mix and cook for 2 min.
Serve hot with dal chaval pulav or as a side dish or as a starter or snack
