This roti comes handy when you are bored of having plain rotis every day or clueless about what to pack for kid’s lunch box! Grated carrot makes the rotis soft and also adds the extra nutrients and taste.
Steps

Grate the carrots and chop coriander leaves.

Mix flour, salt and Knead to a soft dough, adding water little by little. Apply some oil to smooth it out, let it rest for 10 minutes, covered.

Roll the rotis.

Cook on a hot tawa, until dark spots appear. Remove and cook directly on flame.
- 5
Apply ghee and enjoy with your choice of sides.
