Head a pan add water add all veggies and boil it for one minute

Then drain the water,keep aside,you can use this veggie stock.Take another pan heat and add olive oil and add garlic,onion and soute it on high flame.I,add all veggies and water.

Add soya sauce,cornstarch slurry and mix it well add. tomato sauce chilli sauce and salt to taste, ready your Manchu soup serve it hot and garnish with fried noodles.(I missed it)enjoy
