Heat cooker add oil add mustard and cumin seeds add Asafoetida add spiny gourd

Add turmeric powder coriander powder red chilli powder Salt mix it well

Add 1/2cup water cover with lid after 2 whistle turn off gas when it becomes cool open it delicious spiny gourd sabji ready to serve enjoy with roti
