Soak chia seeds in water for 30 minutes.

In a mixing bowl, add all purpise flour, curd, sugar, baking powder and baking soda.

Mix. Add soaked chia seeds and add milk to form a smooth batter. Add vanilla essence.

Add cranberries and mix.

Heat a non -stick pan. Pour one ladle full of batter for one pancake. Cook on medium flame When prominent holes are seen on the upper surface, flip the pancakes and cook on other side.

Take out. Drizzle with honey and garnish with cranberries. Chia seeds cranberry pancakes are ready to be served.
