Wash and peel the skin of galka and chop into small pieces.

Heat oil in a pan, add mustard seeds and cumin seeds let it splutter. Add asafoetida and chopped galka.

Now add turmeric powder and salt. Mix well and cover it with a lid for 10 minutes or until it gets soft.

Make a mixture of gram flour and water. In 1tbsp of gram flour add 2 tbsp of water and mix it well.

Add this mixture in the curry with red chilli powder, coriander cumin powder and coriander powder. Again cover it and cook it for 2 minutes.

Finally, add coriander leaves and mix well. Enjoy with roti or paratha.
